Baby and You Antenatal Programme
Congratulations on your pregnancy, and welcome to Parents Centre Aotearoa! This is an incredible time, as you embark on your parenting journey.
Package 1: Antenatal Package, $180. Includes Antenatal classes only
Package 2: Membership Package, $240. Includes Antenatal classes and membership
Package 3: Community Services Card membership package, $205. Includes Antenatal classes and Membership
Antenatal Classes are held over two Saturdays from 9am to 3.30pm.
Parents Centre antenatal programmes are delivered by qualified educators who hold an annual practicing certificate. We ensure that the classes provide you with evidence-based information to help you make decisions. They are carried out in a manner that is interactive, engaging, and fun.

- Brief overview of pregnancy topics
- Choices in childbirth
- Your labour journey
- Relaxation, management & coping strategies
- Support person/Partner’s role
- Feeding your baby
- Transition to parenthood
- Responsive parenting
- Practical parenting
Parent Centre membership is not included in any of the course fees as we aim to keep the prices of the course down. If you would like to join the cost of a years membership is $60 or $25 for community service card holders.
